Disconnect Service

A customer who wants to stop service must notify the utility at least five (5) days before the requested disconnection date.  You may request to be disconnected by completing the form below.

The minimum five (5) day notice begins:

1.  On the day the customer telephones the utility;

2.  When the customer personally informs the local business office; or,

3. Three days after the customer has mailed the notice to the utility.
